From The College Board regarding AP Exams
While hundreds of thousands of students have successfully completed AP Exams this week, we know that many of you have some students who were unable to successfully submit their responses this week so far. Given the wide variety of devices, browsers, and versions students are using, we anticipated that a small percentage of students would encounter technical difficulties, and we have a makeup window in June so they’ll have another opportunity to test. If approved for a makeup test, they’ll be notified the week of May 25 and then will automatically receive an e-ticket two days in advance of the test. Just as we have irregularities during testing in schools, we will have issues when testing in students home where the environment is hard to control.
That being said, The College Board is working hard in the background to figure out why some students are encountering issues and have created a troubleshooting page for students. We want to assure you that we have no desire for students to have issues and we understand the frustration of students and parents. We want to share this page and draw your attention to a few of the most common issues.
Congratulations, Sayville Music Department!
