With cloudy skies overhead, school doors opened districtwide for our returning Sayville students. While their emotions may have been mixed, the students in general seemed ready and excited to begin a fresh new year.

This year, our students will experience more innovations in technology and enjoy using interactive learning tools. Parents too are being introduced to the Parent Portals, a website tool that will enable them to monitor and assist with the progress of their students. The Parent Portals will also help to strengthen our home-to-school communication. The newly renovated Wellness Center at the Middle School will increase cardio-fitness  learning opportunities as part of the Physical Education program.
