Sophomores Drive For Toys

  • TOY Drive

Each year the generosity of Sayville High School students is demonstrated in a variety of ways:

The Sophomore Class of 2012 worked hard throughout December to collect toys for the sick and less fortunate. Thanks to the thoughtful and enormous response of the High School students, staff, faculty, secretaries, and aides, as well as especially Security Guard Bruce, over 100 toys were collected for the 18th Annual John Theissen Foundation Toy Drive. Each toy will make a difference this holiday season in the lives of children who are sick in local hospitals or a childcare facilities.

“Sayville High School’s support certainly reflects the true meaning of the holidays!” commented Class Advisors Mr. Albers, Mr. Pace, and Ms. Walsh who were extremely proud of the “unbelievably generous” contributions that were collected.
