High School Quartet

Performs for

Go Red For Women

a Macy*s-Sponsored Event

For a third year in a row, the Sayville High School quartet, conducted by orchestra instructor Mr. Ari Kramer, has been selected by Macy*s to provide the entertainment for the Go Red For Women movement. The quartet performed during the Smithhaven Mall afternoon event to inspire the spirit of generosity among Macy*s shoppers.  Donations to the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women will fund research into the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease. Through Dec. 31, 2009, for each Thanks for Sharing membership purchased, Macy*s will donate $10 to national and local charities with the first $3 million donated to Go Red For Women.
