Eleven seniors from the Sayville Golden Flashes Varsity Baseball team had a special day at “The Swamp.” Recently, they were honored, along with their parents, on the field during “Senior Day” recognition ceremonies prior to their League VI Game against Rocky Point.

Coach Ryan Cox spoke for all when he shared words of praise about the seniors (listed below) whose combined efforts have brought the team out of the swamp and into the playoffs.. “I just want to say how much the program appreciates all the hard work and dedication from our seniors.  This is an outstanding group and they will surely be missed.  We are very proud of them and are lucky to have coached them.”
