Class of 2009 Enjoys Breakfast Tradition
21 years of
Breakfast with Class
Seniors Break Fast
in Tasty Tradition
A 21-year-old tradition, Senior Breakfast allows members of the graduating class a unique opportunity to break from their bustling schedules and mingle over a nourishing morning meal. Originally launched by Senior Class Advisor Mrs. Marie Joost-Cox and Principal Joseph Buderman, it remains as popular as ever.
Once again this year, Parkville Deli provided the fare, and Senior Class parents served eggs, bacon, French toast, assorted rolls, juice, etc. to hungry seniors, along with administrators, faculty, and staff who mingled in the breakfast line.
Some students and faculty members, who participated in the Hat Day fundraiser, enhanced the breakfast event with "original" head gear. A slide show provided a stroll down memory lane that elicited oohs, aahs, hollars, and guffaws from the students.
Thanks to this year’s Class Advisors Stephen Aronsen, Christian Bannon, and Adam Sznitken who orchestrated the breakfast and clean up, the tradition was upheld with success.
