    Breakfast with Class

Seniors Partake of a Tasty Tradition

The concept of the Senior Breakfast was originally launched by Senior Class Advisor Mrs. Marie Joost-Cox and Principal Joseph Buderman to give members of the graduating class a unique event of their own. Now, twenty years later, it’s as popular as ever. Parkville Deli provided the fare, and Senior Class parents doled out the portions to the hungry bunches of seniors, along with administrators, faculty, and staff who mingled in the breakfast line.

Some students and faculty members, who participated in the Hat Day fundraiser, enhanced the breakfast event with "original" head gear. Especially for the Breakfast, senior James McGuckin had requested his classmates send him photos that he could use in a slide presentation. Initiated on his own, Jim's slide show was a big hit among his classmates.

Thanks to this year’s Class Advisors Michael Pace, Amy Walsh, and Alexis Kister who orchestrated the breakfast and clean up, the tradition remained a tremendous success.
