    At the recent SSBAB Meeting, guest speaker Jessica Davis, a culinary student who is a junior at Johnson & Wales University, shared information about the university's academic programs and available scholarships for incoming Freshmen. She showcased her impressive portfolio that included pictures of wedding cakes, pastries, and a tree and planter made entirely from bread.

     

    In addition, the lucky SSBAB members who attended the meeting were treated to White Chocolate Raspberry-Filled Truffles created by Ms. Davis during her cooking demonstration. The SSBAB students, community members, and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the delectable dessert. 

     

    Later that afternoon at the Coffee House, Ms. Davis gave a second presentation that was equally sweet!
