For the Holidays, Lincoln Lights Up With Love

To help local families in need, the Lincoln Avenue community participated in the Lights of Love project. Selecting gift ideas from a wish list of items that decorated each light-shaped ornament, Lincoln families were invited in for a special night and shared in the true meaning of the holiday season. The children decorated the lights and hung them on the school tree as a reminder, although the Lincoln school community did not forget.  Through the combined generosity of the families, staff, and PTA, over 300 gifts and several food baskets were collected for distribution during the holidays.
