Sayville’s Model UN Members Achieve High Recognition at Competition

  • In early December, members of Sayville’s Model UN division of the Global Affairs Club competed recently in a conference at Kellenberg High School and returned with remarkable results. Global Affairs Club advisor Lynn Ann Perlin proudly shared the good news. “We had several students recognized and awarded. Vincent Vertuccio won Best Delegate (which is the highest recognition) for his work in Security Council; Lindsey Yoder also won Best Delegate for her work in Crisis Committee; Sarah Ramsundar won Outstanding Delegate for her work in SOCHUM; and CJ Burgardt and Michael Pitre both won Honorable Mention for their work in Security Council and SOCHUM respectively.”

Congratulations to all the students for their outstanding accomplishments!
