Metropolitan Opera Youth Virtual Choir Picks Sayville Senior Paige Gaiser

Congratulations to Class of 2021 Soprano Paige Gaiser who had been selected for the Metropolitan Opera Youth Virtual Choir. In October, Paige submitted her prerecorded soprano performance of Beethoven’s  “Prisoners’ Chorus” from Fidelio for consideration and was ultimately chosen from among the participating “HD Live in Schools” school districts nationwide. “Paige is featured with around fifty other singers from around the country,” said Sayville Chorus Director Karen DiMartino who was delighted by the news. “ We are so proud of her!”
