The Girls Varsity Volleyball won the Class A Suffolk County Championship!  They defeated Half Hollow Hills West 3-0! They will play the Class A Nassau County champion for the Long Island Championship this Friday, November 11, at 10:00 a.m. at Hauppauge High School! The team is currently 20-0!

Congratulations to our Sayville Middle School Girls Soccer team for their undefeated this season! Their awesome defensive play only allowed one goal! Great job, girls!

Congratulations to the Girls Swimming and Diving team along with Coaches Nicole Mendez-Chicas and Samantha Barilla for an AMAZING County Championship over the weekend!

“After winning the League 3 Championship last week,” Coach Mendez-Chicas reported, “we placed Fourth at the Section XI (Suffolk County) Championship. There were a TON of best times and best dive scores! Exciting is an understatement, as girls were making NYS qualifying times left and right on Sunday. Emma Haas, Jordan Carpentieri, Lauren Woody and Meghan Brady placed Second in the County in the 200 Medley Relay and qualified for the NYS Championship. Then, Meghan Brady took off almost 7 seconds in her 200 IM, making States in her first individual event. Jordan Carpentieri also made States in the 200 IM. In the 100 Butterfly, Lauren Woody, Jordan Carpentieri and Emma Haas all made the NYS qualifying time. If that wasn’t enough, Emma Haas, Shannon Swezey, Lauren Woody and Meghan Brady all swam their best times in the 200 Freestyle relay, placed 2nd in the county and qualified for States!”

Great job girls!! The NYS Championship will be in Rochester on November 17th & 18th.

Congratulations to the Sayville Varsity Girls Cross Country team and Coach Tom Duffy for winning their THIRD consecutive Suffolk County Championship on Friday, November 4, 2022.

Mullane Baumiller, Megan Lankowicz, Isabella Gerena, Marianna Duffy, and Taylor Totevski were named All-County for their performances. The team will head to Vernon-Verona-Sherrill High School on Saturday, November 12, and try to win Sayville’s first-ever State Championship. Good luck girls!
