High School Students Win Awards at B.A.F.F.A. Art Show

    This past weekend, Sayville High School students won awards at the annual B.A.F.F.A. (Bay Area Friends of the Fine Arts) High School Juried Art Exhibit. Twelve schools, including Sayville, competed in the show, with the following students winning awards. 

    • Molly Giordano - 1st Place Drawing/Graphite

    • Christopher Mulligan - 1st Place Painting/Oil

    • Emma Dean-Stahl - 2nd Place Mixed Media/Collage

    • Bruno Cappiello - 2nd Place Digital Design 

    • Morgan Giordano- 2nd Place Drawing/Pen and Ink

     

    In addition to her accomplishments at the B.A.F.F.A. show, Molly Giordano also won 2nd Place and $300 in the N.Y. Law Day Contest with her work entitled “Unity.” “Unity” will be displayed in the New York Court Offices.
