Peace Day Project at Lincoln Avenue

    In preparation for International Day of Peace on September 21, Lincoln Avenue Art Teacher, Mr. Rick Michaels, had students create a peace symbol using a class specific color combination of watercolor and crayon. Upon completion, Mr. Michaels assembled the work in spectrum "rainbow" order.

    The beautiful display included artwork from every K-5 student in the building. 

     

Middle School Peace Day Project

    Eighth graders in Ms. Tiffany Pontieri’s art class at the Middle School created chalk drawings outside to celebrate International Peace Day.
