Again the artwork at the Annual SAVA Districtwide festival made an impressive ‘show’ this year.  Students from all grades presented their designs in a variety of mediums and the 2017 Senior Showcase exhibited exceptional talent. Along with the creativity, guests enjoyed  face-painting, gift-baskets raffles, and balloon-animal fun.

“Overall it was a great success thanks to my staff and our volunteers,” Art Department Chairperson Deb Urso commented. “Dr. Stimmel attended the event and had wonderful things to say about the student artworks.” In addition, Ms. Urso reported that the raffles helped raise scholarship monies.  “We were able to give out close to $4,000 in Awards this year.”
