“Reading” Alfresco

All the Lincoln Avenue Kindergarten students enjoyed an “outdoor reading day” as an end-of-year treat. Mrs. Gina LoCurto, Mrs. Christine Caltabiano, Mrs. Heather Gonzalez, and Mrs. Stacie Colons were as enthused about the activity as their students.   

“They brought in towels and their favorite books,” Mrs. LoCurto said, “and we relaxed outside with our friends and some good reading.”

 What better way to practice for those lazy days of summer when reading outdoors on the beach, in a hammock, under a large shade tree,  is a summertime luxury?
