Biology Student Shares Research Project on E-Cigarettes With Fellow Students
Charles Lipari, a student from Cindy Giannico’s Regents Biology class, visited Mrs. Giannico’s Living Environment Class, along with Special Education teacher Rose Janke and Student Assistant Councilor Martha Kahan, to teach about e-cigarettes to fellow students.
In preparation for his lesson, Charles had prepared a Power Point presentation and created an interactive project for the students. Among those students who were unaware, his lesson hit its mark and reinforced that not only were e-cigarettes no solution to smoking regular cigarettes, they were also bad for one’s health.
“Charles did a great job as a student teacher!” Mrs. Giannico said.
