NYSSMA Musicians Selected

  • Talented Sayville Musicians Selected by NYSSMA to Perform In All-County and All-State Festivals 

    Each spring, the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) holds auditions for music students and delivers grades and rankings for their individual performances. Based upon these auditions, music students are selected to perform in several prestigious musical venues.

    Those students who have earned the All-County selection for their outstanding musical talents will perform at the Division Four NYSCAME 2012 All-County Festival in November.

    Based upon the highest grades and excellent rankings of their superior performances, the All-State music students have been selected to perform in the All-State Festival in Rochester this December.

    Sayville Music Department, directed by Mr. Hoffman, congratulates the following students who have been selected as NYSSMA All-State and All-County musicians for the 2012-2013 school year:
