About Our Veterans

During their lessons about Veteran’s Day, the children in Mrs. Morisie’s kindergarten class made American Flag Thank You Cards for soldiers serving in the war. The cards read, “To a very special soldier: Thank you for keeping me and my family safe! You are my hero!”

 These cards were sent to Iraq and Afghanistan along with care packages that Mrs. Fabian and Mrs. Engelbert assembled for the troops.
