2020 School Budget Results

June 16th, 2020 Budget Vote 

Sayville School District would like to thank both the community for your overwhelming support of our children’s education and the election workers who spent long hours tallying the 5,104 absentee ballots.

HERE ARE THE RESULTS OF THE SCHOOL BUDGET VOTE APPROVED BY THE BOE ON JUNE 17TH:

Sayville Public Schools

The School Budget passed with
Yes: 4,043
No: 1,081

Thomas Cooley, unopposed, received 4,369 votes and has been reelected to position of Board of Education trustee.

Dr. James J. Bertsch, Jr. received 3,597.

Teal Rizzo received 1,193.

Dr. James J. Bertsch, Jr. was reelected to position of Board of Education trustee.

Linda Halliday, unopposed, was reelected to position of Sayville Library trustee with 4,318 votes.
