Everyone is dealing with a variety of changes and adjustments this year in particular, and it can be a bit overwhelming to say the least. We have all felt it. Besides our professional lives, we all have personal lives that we are trying to balance. Some days, it can seem like too much. It is easy to say we should practice self-care, but it is not always realistic. Sometimes, we just need to talk to or vent to someone without fear of judgment.
