Elementary Singers Perform at Airport

On Tuesday, December 19, the Lincoln Singers, Sunrise Drive Select Chorus and Cherry Avenue Select Chorus performed holiday songs for travelers at MacArthur Airport in Islip.

The fourth and fifth grade students sang songs such as Across the Universe, Snow Snow Snow, and Snow is Falling Still.

To round out the concert, the three elementary schools came together to sing some carols and closed the show with The 12 Day of Christmas.

Special thanks to music teachers Christine Cirillo (Lincoln), Amy Baron (Sunrise) and Kristi Woerner (Cherry) for conducting as well as James Spera, who assisted on the trumpet!
