Getting a ‘Taste’ During Back-to-School Night

For the first time, families at the high school’s Back-to-School Night had the opportunity to taste-test menu items from the cafeteria. 

Food Service Director, Keith Filosa and High School Head Cook Melinda Rotsheld carefully prepared an array of dishes including lemon chicken over rice, penne arrabiata, and dumplings stuffed with chicken and vegetables. 

To add to the ambiance, the Music Department had students Brandan Mazzullo, Harper DeVerna, Dario Jaimes, Christian Buono, and Vincent Fontanetta performing in various areas throughout the building. 

Any students with special nutritional needs are welcome to reach out to the Food Service Office as they are always amenable to accommodating.
