Girls Swimmers & Divers Make NYS qualifying times

Coach Nicole Mendez-Chicas reported:
"The SayBayBlue Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving Team placed THIRD (in Suffolk County) April 25, 2021 at the Section XI Championships. Although there will not be a NSY Championship meet this year due to COVID, the following girls made the NYS qualifying time in TWO relays and their individual events: Kathryn Brady, Brenna Horan, Jordan Carpentieri, and Emma Haas.
"Jillian Rastello also qualified for the NYS Championship in diving and placed FIRST in Suffolk County at the Diving Championships on Thursday, April 22,2021."

Five girls made states: Kathryn Brady, Brenna Horan, Emma Haas, Jordan Carpentieri & Jillian Rastello!
Although there will not be a NSY Championship meet this year due to COVID, SayBayBlue Girls Varsity Swimming & Diving Team Coach Nicole Mendez-Chicas repurposed kickboards to congratulate Jillian Rastello and Jordan Carpentieri on their record-breaking achievements. After taking that picture, they hung the kickboards up on the wall at the pool.
