1999 Time Capsule Opened at Sunrise Drive

More than twenty years have elapsed—twenty-three precisely—since the 1999 Sayville Public Library Community Time Capsule collected content from families and community organizations. Among the artifacts “buried” in this time capsule was an entire plastic bin filled with Sunrise Drive Elementary school contributions. Recently, after the Sayville Public Library opened the time capsule, the librarians sent back Sunrise’s Drive’s collection to share. Below are pdfs from each class and student who had writings or artwork or philosophical comments preserved in the 1999 Time Capsule.
