2022 HALLOWEEN WINDOW Paintings Put Downtown Sayville in the Halloween Spirit!

Moderate temperatures and bright sunshine proved perfect weather for the annual Halloween Window Painting event. Again this year, in time for our Downtown Sayville’s Fall Festival, Sayville High School and Middle School art students appeared on Main Street to paint the storefront windows with Halloween themes. Fanciful ghouls, goblins, and ghosts materialized at the tips of paintbrushes and sponges, such supplies generously donated by the Kiwanis Club for this tradition that remains uninterrupted since 1965.

Every year, generations of Sayville families anticipate the event with excitement. Kudos to all the students who expressed themselves artistically and a special thanks to the long-standing partnership between the Kiwanis Club and the Sayville Art Department for keeping this beloved tradition alive.
