Getting A Cultural Flair for French With New Language-Elective Connection

In its first semester, the new elective course “Communication and Connections” has been a huge success.  Without ever having to leave the country, our students have enjoyed immersing themselves in the French culture while learning French!  The group practiced songs, art, crafts, and vocabulary relating to a variety of topics.  Here we see Emma being celebrated as queen of the “Épiphanie” and Justice and Juliette enjoying the crêpes they made!  It was quite a “fête”!  The World Languages Department looks forward to helping all students continue to embrace different cultures.

For future reference, if you are looking to have a conversation with Justice aka “Guy” he may only respond to you if you speak to him en français!
