Guest Speaker Joins Sports Marketing Class

On Friday, June 2, students in Hannah Michaelson’s sports marketing class got to hear from SoBol’s Director of Marketing, Nick Pesko. Many will recognize the name SoBol from their delicious acai bowls and smoothies. 

Nick Pesko is a Sayville High School graduate who spoke with the students about his journey from being undecided, to a degree in Mass Communications, to landing the job with SoBol. 

Nick also spoke with the students about owning his own coffee business, his internship experiences, and the power of networking. 

The students loved hearing about his experiences and what some of the tasks are as the Director of Marketing.
