High School Teacher Receives Recognition From Local VFW

On June 12, soon-to-be retiree Susan Hart received a special gift from members of local VFW Post 433.
Over the years, Mrs. Hart and her students have assisted with many fundraisers and events with the post. In recognition of her work, Post 433 members Bill Borthwick and Mike Alcabes presented Mrs. Hart with a plaque that reads “in appreciation for your hard work and outstanding dedication. Your efforts make a difference every day in veterans' lives.”
