Lincoln Avenue Students Take On “Wheels Unit” in Physical Education

Students at Lincoln Avenue recently had the opportunity to learn how to get around on wheels thanks to Physical Education teachers Beth Bolger and Matt Slinkosky.

The two teachers created a “wheels” unit for their students to learn rollerblading, skateboarding and scootering during the Physical Education classes. Students learned how to correctly don safety equipment such as helmets and knee pads and learned to always get back up when they fall down.
