Sayville Middle School Strings Play Jingle Bells

Sayville Middle School Orchestra Director Karen Savage held a Jingle Mingle in the Middle School library.  "As faculty and staff entered the library," Miss Savage said, "they were calmed by the beautiful atmosphere created by Mrs. Pam Rooney and Mrs. Martha Sant with lanterns, snow falling, and a Christmas tree made out of books.  This set the mood for Cameron Dyckova, Emma Chung, Una Murphy, Jane Southworth, and our very own Mr. Fred Diekmann, to play some holiday tunes as they chatted and enjoyed their lunch.  The MS Social Network rounded out the event with a cookie exchange. This was such a nice way to enjoy each other's company and celebrate the holiday season."
