Seniors Participate in Inspiration Walk
June 7, 2023
On Tuesday, June 6, the Sayville High School Senior Class participated in the annual Inspiration Walk throughout their former elementary schools.
Bedecked in their caps and gowns, the soon-to-be Sayville-High-School-graduates boarded school buses (or walked in the case of former Cherry Avenue students) from the high school and were transported back in time to their elementary schools.
At their former elementary schools, the seniors were greeted by excited teachers and students who gathered to meet the Class of 2023.
The Inspiration Walk was launched with the Class of 2018 and allows the seniors to reunite with their former teachers and motivate and excite elementary students. This year’s seniors left their respective elementary schools back in 2016.
