Spring Concerts Begin in Full Force

The Sayville Music Department was certainly busy last week with three concerts districtwide. 

The first concert was the Sayville Middle School Chorus Concert on April 25, which featured the 6th Grade Chorus, Middle School Jazz Choir, and the 7th/8th Grade Combined Chorus. The event featured great songs such as “Turn the World Around,” “Smile”, and “This is Me.” 

On April 26, the high school presented Spring Concert I, which featured the Concert Orchestra, Concert Choir, and Concert Band performing songs such as music from the movie Coco, “Alleluia! Alleluia!" and “Bohemian Rhapsody.” 

The next day, the high school presented Spring Concert II, which featured the Symphonic Orchestra, Chorale, and the Wind Ensemble performing music such as Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, "Go Down Moses," and "Casey at The Bat."
