Windows on Worlds of Opportunities in Sayville High School

Members of Sayville High School Student Government and High School clubs took time in August to paint the High School cafeteria windows. The painting activity was in preparation for the Annual Club Fair that showcases the variety of extracurricular programs offered at the High School and ensures that students are provided with the information that will encourage them to join.

"The Student Government organized the event, " shared Ms Katherine Van Dorn, Student Government Advisor, "and provided the paint and music. The clubs and class officers brought their talent and enthusiasm.  We had a lot of fun and the windows looked great! We were ready and excited for the SHS Club Fair.”

During all four lunch periods on Wednesday, September 7th through Friday, September 9th, a club officer or representative waited at tables with information about the club, meeting days and times, planned events, officers, contact persons, and a sign-up sheet. Thanks to the hours of dedication by Student Government President Franny Kloska and various club members, the 2022-2023 Annual Club Fair was a tremendous success.
