TOOLS FOR STRESS RELIEF

For this segment of Mindful Moments, we are focusing on how to de-stress! Everyone experiences stress no matter who we are. However, it is important to not get stuck in that stress and overcome it instead. We are encouraging our students to identify one healthy coping mechanism that they can utilize in their own lives when they are feeling overwhelmed. Hopefully, our faculty participants will give you some ideas! Enjoy!

Mindful Moments: Focus on Nature

For our next segment of Mindful Moments we are focusing on NATURE. Nature can have a healing effect on a person both mentally and physically. In this video, members of our faculty and staff  share their favorite aspects of nature. In turn, we encourage our students to find their favorite/special place in nature. 

And, shout out to Coach Bolger from Lincoln Avenue for putting the video together and adding special touches along the way.
